Your data controller is NOVADENT Dental Centre, with practices in Belgrade (Bulevar Zorana Đinđića 10) and Kljajićevo (Proleterska 16). For any privacy matter write to [email protected].
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address and message content — solely to answer your enquiry and schedule appointments. With your consent we also collect anonymised site analytics (Google Analytics).
Legal basis & retention
We process data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, in line with the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act (ZZPL) and the GDPR. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to reply and schedule, at most 12 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object or lodge a complaint with the Serbian Data Protection Commissioner (or your local EU supervisory authority). Submit requests to [email protected].
Data recipients
Form data passes through our email provider (Resend) to deliver your message to the practice. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. We never sell data or share it for third-party marketing.
